He’s a former journalist that’s now fully immersed in helping others document their own lives and experiences for generations to hear.

Yes! All recordings are considered private and confidential. There is an option in every project agreement to opt-in to clearing/using portions of your Legacy Collection story for marketing purposes.

We’ve worked in television and audio. And the heart of great interviews begins with people feeling comfortable. A place where honest and candor can feel natural. Cameras and lights can hinder that. We started this business from a place of conversation, and the tradition of oral history and dialogue.

Yes! While audio is the primary part of our business, we worked in television and film for 20 years. We know what video can be for storytelling.It also changes most parts of the production process. But we’d be happy to talk about making a film for you or your family.

In our experience, being in a comfortable, familiar setting is paramount to getting people to feel comfortable in an interview setting. We’re equipped to set up these conversations in your home, and in a place that’s the most comfortable for the interviewee, but can work out alternative locations if need be.
